I am a qualified and registered Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and available to provide:

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for Home Information Pack (HIP) providers, Householders and Landlords
Floor plans of houses for Estate Agents.

My aim is to provide a local, professional and quick service with a competitive fee structure. Having a background in management and architecture, I am in a strong position amongst new DEAs to offer my experience to the property industry and householders. I have knowledge of a wide variety of housing types including older properties and non-standard methods of construction.
